Redevelop main website for Grand Marais Hotel Company to support mobile and tablet devices. Grand Marais is a vacation destination in Grand Marais, MN. The new site needed to maintain the existing look and feel and support the new booking engine. Managed the development team and project implementation to cost and schedule. Additional stakeholders include not only the property’s staff, but vendors, customers and owners (sponsors).
