Active retirement community located adjacent to the Santa Catalina mountains north of Tucson, Arizona. With more than 2,000 home sites and close to 5,000 residents, the communities are home to two golf courses, clubhouse, fitness facilities and tennis courts. Provided software selection process to replace current systems supporting all HOA and Club operations. Performed technology audits and created integrated design that encompassed all areas of operations. Established technology procurement and IT management with local vendor that created a relationship that addressed the needs of both organizations.
